Easy to use and customize (I am successfully running on 32-bit and 64-bit O/S, and happily working with both SQL Server 2005 and 2008). 
I now have a DB scripting tool with ALL the features I've been needing but have been unable to find as a single tool until now.

I recall using this right after the 2005 release to shore up missing functionality from 2000. It really helped.
